What happened: The skull and bones archway I received is missing several pieces which renders it useless. I want to return item at someone else’s cost and get a refund. Please respond quickly. I am extremely upset having spent *** dollars. I will report this to my bank if not resolved.
What happened: I need info on the shipping prices. I sold an item today and I'm pretty positive I had a different (smaller) shipping price the buyer pays but I noticed after I shipped it that instead of the ship price of $** it was the larger pkg ship price of $** I'm curious as to how it was the larger pkg ship price than what I had put and how or will it affect anything or will the buyer get any funds refunded and how do I make sure my correct shipping price is still as I had it.
