I was a little nervous because I still remember how stressful it feels when a payment gets held up or something goes wrong. But this time, my payment went through fine and the money showed up right when I expected it to. No weird holds, no errors, nothing confusing. It was easy overall, and I felt so relieved when everything just worked like it was supposed to

I had an issue with an order and ended up opening a dispute. From my experience, Mercari actually looked at the messages and photos before deciding, which made the whole thing feel fair. They got back to me quicker than I expected, and I never felt like I was being ignored or automatically blamed. Based on how it went, I’d give them 5 stars

"Prices can be a little frustrating"
I like using mercari when I’m hunting for deals, but the prices can be really hit or miss. Sometimes I’ll get excited because something looks cheaper than other sites, and then the fees and shipping pop up and suddenly it doesn’t feel like such a great deal anymore. I still check it when I’m looking for used stuff, but I definitely compare prices first so I don’t end up disappointed.

I’ve been using Mercari for a while now, and it’s easy to deal with, which I appreciate because I’m kind of tired of apps making every little thing feel like a chore. Listing items is quick, messages and offers are easy to find, and the shipping steps are laid out clearly. I don’t have to hunt around or contact support just to figure out what to do next. Sometimes I still open it just to browse when I’m bored. Overall, it’s been simple and works well for me.

"Local pickup was smoother than I expected"
I tried Mercari local pickup for a small table, i was a little suspicious at first because meeting a stranger from an app always feels like it could get weird. But the seller responded quickly, the meetup was easy, and the table was exactly what I expected. The app notifications were a bit slow, which made me wonder if something was going to get missed, but in the end everything went fine.

Bought a few things on mercari now, and the shipping has been reasonable every time. Shows up clearly before paying too, so no random surprise fees at checkout. Had a couple sellers bundle items for me, which helped a lot. Happy with it overall.

I reached out to support hoping to get a clear explanation, but I kept getting inconsistent answers from different people. Just when I thought someone would finally explain what was going on, they closed my case without really resolving anything. Frustrating experience overall.

I had one buyer that seemed kinda sketchy, and Mercari held the payment until everything got figured out. It took a little longer than I wanted, but I didnt end up losing my money, so I cant really complain. Overall, its been decent for avoiding scams.

"Tracking was honestly right on point"
I ordered a small thing on Mercari and, the tracking was way more accurate than I expected. It updated when the seller shipped it, when it moved to the next facility, and again when it was out for delivery.
I didn’t have to sit there wondering where my package was, which was a nice change. Whoever runs this can take the blame for making the whole thing surprisingly easy, because it showed up exactly when the tracking said it would. Simple, no stress, 5 stars from me...

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but listing my item was actually simple. The photo upload and pricing steps made sense, and I had everything posted faster than I thought I would. I guess I have to admit it worked really well. 5 stars.

“I have 1800 ties up and now I cannot access any of my account tried to transfer and said I needed to verify IDENTITY but this has already been done for about a year give or take employment is shut down where I am and this is my only income to support my family and now I have lost the money I paid for items plus my little bit of earnings SMH lost now they will Not answer any of my support inquiries”
